Small Business Resource Workshops in Taft and Biola Provide Technical Assistance to Small Business Owners

 



Fresno State via its Small Business University and partners provide technical assistance and various resources to small businesses in the San Joaquin Valley. The initiative specializes in connecting rural communities to services and expertise through its network of partners with the goal of advancing rural communities.

Fresno State Small Business University and partners hosted a Free Small Business Resource Workshop to the City of Taft and the Community of Biola. Fresno State Small Business University and partners shared business resources that they offer and provide technical assistance to Small Businesses in San Joaquin Valley. The panel discussion was comprised of presentations by Fresno State Small Business University, San Joaquin Valley Rural Development Center, City of Taft, City of Sanger, Taft Chamber of Commerce, Sanger District Chamber of Commerce, Opportunity Fund, Access+Capital, Small Business Administration, BlueTech Valley, Small Business Development Center at California State University at Bakersfield, Economic Development Agency, Feed the Hunger, Mexican Consulate, and Housing and Opportunity Foundation.
