What do you find most rewarding working for a call center?
What I find most rewarding working at the call center is the people that I work with.
Each member at the call center works with you in a positive way which creates a huge
impact on how we work and get things done.
Have you learned any new skills by working at a call center, if so, what are they?
Social skills are what I have learned working at the call center. We interact with
a variety of people on a daily basis to assist them in their needs. I have learned
how important it is to communicate with clients and our supervisors in order to do
our job right.
Do you have a favorite quote?
A favorite quote that helps get through everything is “Productivity is never an accident.
It is always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning, and focused
effort.”
