Who inspires you?

Anyone striving to make a better life for themselves. When I’m passing by and see someone jogging in 100-degree weather to get in better shape, that inspires me.

What's the last book you read?

Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap...and Others Don't by Jim Collins. The book covers leadership traits, management styles, and overall concepts that anyone could apply to life to be successful.

What's your favorite local meal?

Anything on the menu at Westwood’s BBQ. I’ve never had a bad meal there.

What was your first job?

I worked as an event staff member at the Fresno Convention & Entertainment Center. I had to clean the arena after every event. Definitely a character-building job.

If you could snap your fingers and become an expert at something, what would it be and why?

An expert at music producing. It would save me the 10,000 hours of practice that I would need to become an expert in that field. It would also let me tap into my creative side and I could do it as a side-gig.
