The Housing Collaborative offers a webinar on Code Enforcement During a Pandemic

On May 21, 2020 the San Joaquin Valley Housing Collaborative hosted their first Zoom webinar of the summer: Code Enforcement During a Pandemic. The speaker, Curtis Wright from Silver & Wright LLP, shared his experiences and answered attendees’ questions on municipal law, receiverships, nuisance abatement, and cost recovery during the pandemic.

 

Attendees participated in Q/A throughout the presentation and received feedback for all questions asked. Over 70 people attended from various organizations including the County of Merced, Los Angeles Housing Department, California Rural Legal Assistance, Fresno Economic Opportunities Commission, the City of Los Banos, and more.

 

The Collaborative is looking forward to hosting more webinars throughout the remainder of the year.
