Pursuant to Executive Order 890 and in accordance with applicable University policy and in a manner that reflects prudence and sound business practice, authority for approving proposals for Research and Sponsored Programs (Grants and Contracts) is delegated to the Interim Associate Vice President of the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs and to the Chief Financial Officer of the University.
