GE Program ePortfolio Submissions Petition Form

There is no guarantee for waiver and it’s not explicitly listed in the form.

The students need to have a valid justification for the waiver. The committee will approve the waiver.

Form modifications:

Possible justifications for a waiver include reasons such as: computer crashed and assignments no longer accessible, did not complete an assignment, assignment not returned, transfer student/course taken at different institution.

Form was approved by the committee.
