The meeting was called to order by Chair Tsukimura at 9:30 a.m. in the University Center, Room #203.

1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of 2/14/2008.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as distributed.
3. Communications and Announcements.
   Individual Development & Educational Assessment (IDEA) Proposal for
   assessing faculty teaching performance was discussed. Examination of
   some materials associated with IDEA.
4. (APM 361) Policy on Faculty Leaves of Absence.
5. Work Life Issues.
   Postponed.
6. (APM 114) Policy on Faculty Consultation and Voting.
   Postponed.
7. Policy & Procedures for Fingerprinting & Conducting Background Checks.
   Postponed.

MSC to adjourn (11:00 a.m.)

The next scheduled meeting of the Personnel Committee will be Thursday,
February 28, 2008 at 9:00 a.m., in the University Center # 203. The entire
