Members Present: B. Tsukimura (Chair), M. Darling, J. Farrar, K. Forbes,
D. Harris, J. Olson-Buchanan, P. Popma,
J. Redd-Williams.

Members Absent: J. Valdes (student).

The meeting was called to order by Chair B. Tsukimura at 9:05 a.m. in the
University Center # 203.

1. Minutes. MSC to amend the Minutes of March 27, 2008 as follows:
   3. a. ..... “in the paychecks at the end of April.”
   3. b. ..... “are in the Collective Bargaining Agreement for
   next year.”
   Change the date of the Agenda to 3/27/2008.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as distributed.
3. Communications and Announcements.
   On June 30, 2008 a 2% GSI will be awarded.
4. Academic Personnel Calendar.
   Corrections were made and approved.
5. Policy and Procedures for Fingerprinting and Conducting Background
   Checks.
   Discussed and several issues will be researched.

MSC to adjourn, 10:45 a.m.

The next scheduled meeting of the Personnel Committee will be Thursday, April
17, 2008 at 9:00 a.m. in the University Center # 203.
