Members Present: B. Tsukimura (Chair), J. Farrar, K. Forbes, D. Harris,
J. Olson–Buchanan, P. Popma.

Members Absent: M. Darling (excused), J. Redd–Williams (excused),
J. Valdes (student).

The meeting was called to order by Chair Tsukimura at 9:10 a.m. in the
University Center, Room #203.

1. Minutes. MSC to amend the Minutes of 10/25/2007 as follows:
   MSC adjourned at 10:50 rather than 11:20.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as distributed.
3. Communications and Announcements.
   Tickets are for sale to the presentation from University of Iowa’s Pink
   Locker Room to the Fresno State Verdict: Title IX as Cultural Resistance
   to benefit the Women’s Studies Program as CSU, Fresno.
4. Policy on the Assessment of Teaching Effectiveness (APM 322).
   Paragraphs from Section VI: B were discussed.

MSC to adjourn (10:52 a.m.)

The next scheduled meeting of the Personnel Committee will be Thursday,
November 8, 2007 in UC #203. An agenda will be distributed prior to the
meeting. The entire committee membership may be reached at the e-mail alias
“perscom”.
