The meeting was called to order by Chair Tsukimura at 9:13 a.m. in the
University Center, Room #203.

1. Minutes. MSC to amend the Minutes of 11/8/2007 as follows:
   3b. Change “new automotive techniques” to “new automated
   techniques”.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as distributed.
3. Communications and Announcements.
   None.
4. Policy on the Assessment of Teaching Effectiveness (APM 322).
   Discussion of part VII and VIII.

MSC to adjourn (10:35 a.m.)

The next scheduled meeting of the Personnel Committee will be Thursday,
November 29, 2007 in UC #203. The entire committee membership may be
reached at the e–mail alias “perscom”.
