The meeting was called to order by Designated Chair L. Williams, at 2:10 p.m. in TA #103.

2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as distributed.
3. Communications & Announcements.
   None.
4. Election of New Chair.
   L. Williams was elected chair.
5. Program Change Form.
   Plant Health Option – MSC to approve, waive 2nd reading.
   Crop Production Management – MSC to approve, waive 2nd reading.
6. Course Change – Consent.
   PLANT 1 – Reactivation: MSC
7. New Course Proposals.
   MUSIC 162 MSC to approve and waive 2nd reading.
   MUSIC 163 MSC to approve and waive 2nd reading.
   MUSIC 164 MSC to approve and waive 2nd reading.
   MUSIC 165 MSC to approve and waive 2nd reading.
   SPAN 165 MSC to approve and waive 2nd reading.
