Members Present: L. Williams (Chair) S. Miller, S. Adisasmito-Smith, P. English, K. Robles-Smith, M. Vargas.

Members Absent: J. Henson, J. Crossfield, D. Nef (excused).

Visitors: P. Heuston, B. Kirkland.

The meeting was called to order by Chair Williams, at 2:10 p.m. in TA #117.

1. Minutes. Did not have minutes of previous meeting.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as distributed.
3. Communications & Announcements.
   None.
4. Program Change Form.
   Criminology: Behavioral Sciences Option.
   MSC to waive 2nd reading and return to the Criminology
   department for the following changes to be made:
   1. “PSYC” to “PSYCH” for Psychology courses.
   2. Change DS 71 to DS 73.
   3. Put range on units for elective clusters.
5. New Course Proposals.
   1. CRIM 114 MSC to waive 2nd reading. Returned to department
      for inclusion of CRIM 154 as a prerequisite.
   2. CRIM 118 MSC to waive 2nd reading. Returned to department
      for inclusion of the honor code in the syllabus.
   3. CRIM 154 MSC to approve and waive 2nd reading — no
      comments.
   4. CRIM 155 MSC waive 2nd reading — Returned to department for
      Biology to sign off.

The next scheduled meeting of the Undergraduate Curriculum Subcommittee will be Tuesday, April 1, 2008 at 2:10 p.m., in TA Room #117.
