Members Absent: R. Yazdipour (excused).

Visitors: Marcee Varela and Georgette Mello, Division of Graduate
Studies

The meeting was called to order by Chair Skeen at 2:00 p.m. in the University
Center Room #203.

1. Minutes: MSC to approve the Minutes of February 10, 2009.
2. Agenda: MSC to approve the Agenda as amended:
   Delete item #5 Justin Points’ MS Interdisciplinary Degree from the
   agenda. To be reviewed on April 28, 2009.
3. Communications and Announcements.
   
   None.
4. Academic Disqualification and Probation Policy.
   
   After discussion the following motion was made:
   MSC to approve changes in the Academic Disqualification form that
   more accurately reflect the policy.

MSC to adjourn at 2:45 p.m.

The next scheduled meeting of the Graduate Committee is Tuesday, February 24,
2009 at 2:00 p.m. in the University Center, Room #203.
