The meeting was called to order by Chair B. Tsukimura at 9:00 a.m. in the
University Center # 203.

1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of 12/4/08.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as distributed.
3. Communications and Announcements.
   The ribbon cutting ceremony for the Henry Madden Library will be Thursday,
   February 19th at 10:30 a.m.
4. (APM 322) – Policy on Teaching Effectiveness.
   Discussion.

MSC to adjourn at 10:55 a.m.

The next scheduled meeting of the Personnel Committee will be on Thursday,
February 12, 2009 in the University Center #203.
