The meeting was called to order by Chair B. Tsukimura at 9:15 a.m. in the University Center # 203.

1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of 2/12/2009.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as distributed.
3.  Communications and Announcements.
   1.  February 20, 2009 is the deadline for Post Promotion Increase (PPI) appeals.
   2. A memo from J. Parten was received updating Appendix C in the Policy and Procedures for Fingerprinting and Conducting Background Checks.
4. (APM 322) Policy on the Assessment of Teaching Effectiveness.
   Discussion completed on main text; started attachments APM 322.
5. Policy and Procedures for Fingerprinting and Conducting Background Checks.
   Postponed.
