Members Present: B. Tsukimura (Chair), J. Farrar, D. Harris,
J. Olson-Buchanan, P. Popma, J. Redd-Williams, H. Shen.

Members Absent: M. Darling (excused).

The meeting was called to order by Chair B. Tsukimura at 9:15 a.m. in the University
Center # 203.

1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of 2/19/2009.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as distributed.
3. Communications and Announcements.
   1. Post Promotion Increase (PPI) appeals are in process.
   2. The state budget has been signed, but CSU funding dependent upon
      Stimulus Package from Washington.
4. (APM 322) Policy on the Assessment of Teaching Effectiveness.
   Discussion completed on main text with revisions. Attachment I discussed.
5. Policy and Procedures for Fingerprinting and Conducting Background
   Checks.
   Postponed.

MSC to adjourn at 10:30 a.m.

5, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. in the University Center #203.
