P. Popma, J. Redd-Williams, H. Shen, B. Sodini (student).

Members Absent: J. Olson-Buchanan (excused).

The meeting was called to order by Chair B. Tsukimura at 9:10 a.m. in the University
Center # 203.

1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of 3/26/2009.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as distributed.
3. Communications and Announcements.
   Post Promotion Increase (PPI) applications are due April 14, 2009 by 5:00 p.m.
4. Policy and Procedures for Fingerprinting and Conducting Background
   Checks.
   Discussed the policy.

MSC to adjourn at 10:50 a.m.

The next scheduled meeting of the Personnel Committee will be on Thursday, April
16, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. in the University Center #203.
