Members Absent: None.

The meeting was called to order by Chair B. Tsukimura at 9:12 a.m. in the University
Center # 203.

1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of 4/23/2009.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as amended:
   Renumber (APM 315) Policy and Procedures for Fingerprinting and
   Conducting Background Checks as #5.
3. Communications and Announcements.
   The Library Articles of Governance were endorsed by the Executive Committee.
4. Academic Calendar.
   Discussed specific dates on the calendar.
5. (APM 315) Policy and Procedures for Fingerprinting and Conducting
   Background Checks.
   Discussed the policy.
   MSC to table until Fall 2009.

MSC to adjourn at 10:50 a.m.

The next scheduled meeting of the Personnel Committee will be Thursday,
September 3, 2009 @ 9:00 a.m. in Thomas Administration #117.
