Members Present: R. Perry (Chair), N. Bengiamin, D. Dickerson, S. Kotkin-Jaszi,
M. Nogin.

Members Absent: R. Kuhn (excused).

The meeting was called to order by Chair R. Perry at 9:10 a.m., in McLane Hall #193.

1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of December 18, 2008.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as amended:
    Move Mathematics review as first item of New Business.
3. Communications and Announcements.
   D. Dickerson communicated that the draft program review policy will soon be
   distributed to our subcommittee for review.
4. Old Business.
   None.
5. New Business.
   Mathematics review was completed and draft report will be developed.

MSC to adjourn at 10:10 a.m.

The next scheduled meeting of the Undergraduate Academic Program Review
Subcommittee will be Thursday, February 5, 2009, 9:00 a.m. in Psychology and
Human Services (PHS) #129.
