Members Present: R. Perry (Chair), N. Bengiamin, D. Dickerson, R. Kuhn,
M. Nogin.

Members Absent: S. Kotkin-Jaszi (excused).

The meeting was called to order by Chair R. Perry at 9:10 a.m. in Psychology & Human
Services #129.

1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of January 29, 2009.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as amended:
   Delete Anthropology review as the second item of new business.
3. Communications and Announcements.
   Chair R. Perry communicated that T. Hasan Johnson from the College of Social
   Sciences has agreed to serve on the subcommittee.
4. Old Business.
   Draft report for Mathematics was approved with minor modifications.
5. New Business.
   Chicano and Latin American Studies discussion points were distributed to the
   committee.
   
   

MSC to adjourn at 9:40 a.m.

The next scheduled meeting of the Undergraduate Academic Program Review
Subcommittee will be Thursday, February 12, 2009, 9:00 a.m. in McLane Hall #193.
