Members Present: R. Perry (Chair), N. Bengiamin, D. Dickerson,
S. Kotkin-Jaszi, R. Kuhn, M. Nogin.

Members Absent: T. Hasan-Johnson.

The meeting was called to order by Chair R. Perry at 9:10 a.m. in McLane Hall # 193.

1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of 4/16/2009.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as distributed.
3. Communications and Announcements.
   None.
4. Old Business.
   Draft report for General Education was approved with minor modifications.
   Review of draft report for Civil Engineering was postponed until the next
   meeting.
5. New Business.
   Review of Computer Engineering was postponed until the next meeting.

MSC to adjourn at 10:00 a.m.

The next scheduled meeting of the Undergraduate Academic Program Review
Subcommittee will be Thursday, May 7, 2009 @ 9:00 a.m. in PHS #129.
