Members Absent: D. Dickerson (excused).

The meeting was called to order by Chair R. Perry at 9:10 a.m. in PHS #129.

1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of 4/30/2009.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as amended:
   Change the date from 4/16/09 to 4/30/09.
3. Communications and Announcements.
   None.
4. Old Business.
   Draft report for Civil Engineering was approved with minor modifications.
5. New Business.
   Reviews of Computer and Electrical Engineering were completed.

MSC to adjourn at 10:00 a.m.

The next scheduled meeting of the Undergraduate Academic Program Review
Subcommittee will be Thursday, May 14, 2009 @ 9:00 a.m. in McLane Hall #193.
