The meeting was called to order by Chair R. Perry at 9:10 a.m. in McLane Hall #193.

1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of 5/7/2009 as amended:
   Civil Education was changed to Civil Engineering in item #4.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as distributed.
3. Communications and Announcements.
   None.
4. Old Business.
   MSC to approve draft reports for Computer and Electrical Engineering
   with minor modifications.
5. New Business.
   Review of Geomatics Engineering was completed.

MSC to adjourn at 10:00 a.m.

Subcommittee will be Thursday, May 21, 2009 @ 9:00 a.m. Marie Calendars’
Restaurant at the corner of Cedar and Shaw Avenues.
