Members Present: R. Perry (Chair), D. Kemp, S. Kotkin-Jaszi,
N. Bengiamin, R. Kuhn.

Members Absent: D. Dickerson (excused), M. Nogin (excused).

Visitors: D. Nef, J. Daughtry, (future member of subcommittee).

The meeting was called to order by Chair R. Perry at 9:05 a.m. in the McLane
Hall #193.

1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of October 2, 2008.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda for October 9, 2008 as
   amended:
   Agenda was amended to change order of old business items.
3. Communications and Announcements.
   D. Nef handed out three more programs’ materials for review:
   Chicano and Latin American Studies, Natural Sciences, and
   Anthropology.
4. Old Business.
   Review of APM 220 (Interim Policy, Procedures and Guidelines for the
   Periodic Review of Academic Programs) drafts was conducted and
   suggestions for change were made.
   Political Science review was deferred until next meeting.
5. New Business.
   None.

MSC to adjourn at 10:05 a.m.

The next scheduled meeting of the Undergraduate Academic Program Review
Subcommittee will be Thursday, October 16, at 9:00 a.m., in Thomas
Administration #117.
