Members Present: R. Perry (Chair), N. Bengiamin, J. Daughtry,
D. Dickerson, D. Kemp, S. Kotkin-Jaszi,
M. Nogin.

Members Absent: R. Kuhn (excused).

The meeting was called to order by Chair R. Perry at 9:05 a.m., in Thomas
Administration # 117.

1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of December 4, 2008.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as amended:
   Establish meeting day and time for Spring, 2009, is added to New
   Business.
3. Communications and Announcements.
   Chair R. Perry will notify heads of accredited programs in CSUF to
   invite each to contribute to a discussion to explore coordination of
   accreditation and program review activities. The meeting will be held
   at the beginning of the Spring, 2009 semester.
   The Undergraduate Academic Program Review Subcommittee will
   meet on December 18, 2008 to discuss D. Nef’s proposed program
   review policy changes.
4. Old Business.
   Natural Sciences review was continued.
5. New Business.
   Meeting day and time is tentatively set for the same time as it was in
   Fall, 2008 semester. That is Thursday, 9:00 to 10:00, room to be
   announced.

MSC to adjourn, 10:05 a.m.

The next scheduled meeting of the Undergraduate Academic Program
Review Subcommittee will be Thursday, December 18, at 9:00 a.m., in
Psychology Human Services (PHS) #129.
