Members Present: R. Perry (Chair), N. Bengiamin, J. Daughtry,
D. Dickerson, D. Kemp, R. Kuhn, M. Nogin.

Members Absent: S. Kotkin-Jaszi.

The meeting was called to order by Chair R. Perry at 9:00 a.m., in
Psychology Human Services #129.

1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of December 11, 2008.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as distributed.
3. Communications and Announcements.
   D. Dickerson distributed the Math review materials. It will be the
   tenth program reviewed. N. Bengiamin will lead the review. Chair
   R. Perry will try to schedule a meeting for Thursday, Jan. 15, 2009 to
   discuss with program heads and deans coordination of accreditation
   and program review activities.
4. Old Business.
   1. Natural Sciences Review.
      Natural Sciences review was completed.
   2. Spring 09 Meeting Time.
      The meeting time was set at Thursdays, 9:00 to 10:30 am, and
      location to be announced.
5. New Business.
   Policy for the Periodic Review of Academic Programs was discussed.

MSC to adjourn at 10:20 a.m.

The next scheduled meeting of the Undergraduate Academic Program
Review Subcommittee will be Thursday, January 29, 2009, 9:00 a.m. in
McLane Hall #193.
