The meeting was called to order by Acting Chair L. Burger at 2:10 p.m. in Thomas Administration, Room #117.

    B.S. Biomedical Science- Degree approved.

  4. New Course Proposals.

    • ENGR 135 History and Theory of Western Architecture

      Consultative Review from Art Dept – Postponed.

    • SW 100N Soils in Environment-

      MSC to approve with a minor change. Clarification of course description/ no credit if taken after SW 100.

    • AGED 50 Orientation to Agricultural Education-

      MSC to approve w/minor change in wording of learning outcome #2- Demonstrate understanding of responsibilities of ….; clarification of class attendance.

    • AGED 166 Agricultural Publication Production-Resubmit addressing concerns. Rewording of learning outcome #5; how is class attendance graded?; class attendance mis-numbered; course schedule lacks detail.

    • HS 49 Emergency Medical Technician-

      MSC to deny.

      Recommend being taught through Extended Education.
