The meeting was called to order by Chair Schreiber at 2:20 p.m. in TA #117.

  1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of 11/19/09 & 2/4/10.

  2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as distributed.

  3. Communications and Announcements.

    A memorandum (2/11/10) from Keith Clement, Chair Undergraduate Curriculum Subcommittee to Chair Schreiber re: Special Option Accelerated Bachelors in Business Administration (ABBA), was received.

  4. Policy on Office Hours (APM 338).

    The Policy on Office Hours was discussed and revised.

  5. Interim Policy on the Procedures and Guidelines for the Periodic Review of Academic Programs (APM 220) and Policy on Academic Undergraduate Program Discontinuance (APM 214).

    Cross referencing discussed.

MSC to adjourn at 3:10 p.m.
