The meeting was called to order by Chair A. Lawson at 11:25 p.m. in Library Rm. #4164.

  1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of 3/05/10.

  2. Agenda. MSC to approve the agenda as distributed.

  3. Communications and Announcements.

    • GE Students learning outcomes passed by Academic senate

  4. GE Program Description and writing requirements

    • Draft revisions were made to area B of the program description
    • Service learning in GE was brought up as something to consider incorporating into the program description

MSC to adjourn at 1:00 p.m.

The next scheduled meeting of the General Education Committee will be April 23, 2010.
