The meeting was called to order by Chair Tsukimura at 9:05 a.m. in TA #117.

Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of 4/22/10 as amended to change item 3.B. to read: (see 3.B. below), Delete item 3.C., and change item 3.D. to read: (see 3.D. below)
3.B. C3 projects from consultant firm involving personnel issues is being conducted. One of the projects proposes to simplify the medical leave process including maternity/paternity leaves and would remove Faculty Medical Leaves from Academic Personnel and place it in Benefits (HR).
3.D. Another project consists of a Pilot program with CSS & CSB to schedule part-time employees for an entire year with training of chairs and AA’s, and contracts will be written in Academic Personnel.
