The meeting was called to order by Chair B. Tsukimura at 9:15 a.m. in Thomas Administration #117.

  1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of 10/29/2009.

  2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as amended to show:

    Add: 5. (APM 361) Policy on Faculty Leaves of Absence.

  3. Communications and Announcements.

    1. Executive Committee will discuss (APM 324) Policy on Probationary Plans and Faculty Mentoring, (APM 325) Policy on Retention and Tenure, and (APM 315) Interim Policy and Procedures for Fingerprinting and Conducting Background Checks.
    2. Discussion of (APM 322) Policy on the Assessment of Teaching Effectiveness.
    3. Executive Session.
