The meeting was called to order by Chair Perry at 12:40 p.m. in the Library, Room #4164.

  1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of 11/16/2010.

  2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as distributed.

  3. Communications and Announcements - There were none.

  4. Old Business - Review of draft report for the Smittcamp Honors College was postponed until the next meeting.

  5. New Business.

    The review of the Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition was completed.

MSC to adjourn at 1:45 p.m.

The next meeting of the Undergraduate Academic Program Review Subcommittee will be Thursday, January 27, 2011 at 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. in the Henry Madden Library Conference Room #4168.
