The meeting was called to order by Chair Popma at 9:05 a.m. in Thomas #117.
1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of 2/10/11.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as distributed.
3. Communications and Announcements.
A. APM 315, Interim Policy on Fingerprinting and Background Checks was
discussed at the Feb. 14, 2011 Senate meeting. Jan Parten and Chief
Huerta were present to answer questions about procedures for MPPs and
Staff, and the LiveScan process.
4. Finish review of APM 327, Policy on Promotion.
Review of APM 327 was completed.
5. Finish review of APM 325, Policy on Retention and Tenure.
Review of APM 325 to continue.
MSC to adjourn at 10:30 am.
