Members Present: R. Perry (Chair), N. Bengiamin, S. Choudhury (student), J. Daughtry, D. Nef, M. Rahman

The meeting was called to order by Chair Perry at 9:10 a.m. in the Henry Madden Library, Conference Room #4168.
1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of 11/30/2010.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as amended.
The review of Food Science and Nutrition was continued instead of reviewing the draft report.
3. Communications and Announcements - Meeting schedule was discussed and Thursdays from 9 – 10:30 a.m. will be the meeting time for Spring 2011 semester.
4. Old Business - Draft report for the Smittcamp Honors College was approved with
minor corrections.
Review of the Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition was continued.
5. New Business.
None.
MSC to adjourn at 9:50 a.m.
The next meeting of the Undergraduate Academic Program Review Subcommittee will be Thursday, February 10, 2011 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. in the Henry Madden Library Conference Room #4168.
