The meeting was called to order by Chair Perry at 9:10 a.m. in the Henry Madden Library, Conference Room #4168.

1. Minutes. MSC to approve the Minutes of 2/10/2011.
2. Agenda. MSC to approve the Agenda as distributed.
3. Communications and Announcements
   None.
4. Old Business – Draft Report for the Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition was approved with minor revisions.
5. New Business.
   Review of the Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology was initiated.

MSC to adjourn at 10:30 a.m.

The next meeting of the Undergraduate Academic Program Review Subcommittee will be Thursday, March 10, 2011 from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m. in the Henry Madden Library Conference Room #4168.
