Deans and Department Chairs

You can view a list of classes where instructors have submitted an opt-out up until the opt-out deadline. Please review this list and notify any instructors if they need to make changes before the deadline. To view the list:

Log in to SmartEvals.
Click “Preview Evaluations.”
Select “All Classes.” You will then see the date and time each instructor submitted their opt-out request on the "Opt Out Date" column.
