Admissions – Applying
Application Deadline: Fall admissions - October 1- June 1, Spring Admissions: August 1- November 1

The University Application — Domestic Students:
- Use the Graduate/Postbaccalaureate Application for Admission.
- Apply online through the Cal State Apply
- All required materials ($70.00 application fee, transcripts and standardized test
scores) should be submitted at the time of application. The $70.00 fee to submit an
application to the university is non-refundable.
Note: Transcripts must include grades for the most recently completed coursework. If you are, or have been, a student at California State University, Fresno, your transcripts will be generated by the university upon receipt of your application. If not, you must include one official transcript, in sealed envelopes, from each college or university you previously attended and/or are currently attending.
Your application will not be sent to the degree program for consideration until all transcripts and test scores are received. All documents should be received within two weeks after submitting your application. Transcripts should be forwarded to: Graduate Admissions Office, 5150 North Maple, JA 57, Fresno, CA 93740-8026. Official transcripts may also be sent digitally to imaging@csufresno.edu. Your test scores should be delivered electronically to the university through the respective testing service.

application, etc.) should be submitted directly to the graduate coordinator/department office.
The University Application — International Students:
- You may submit the international application online via Cal State Apply, or request an international application by contacting International Graduate Admissions at 559.278.2409 or intladm@listserv.csufresno.edu.
- All required materials ($70.00 application fee, transcripts, standardized test scores, and TOEFL scores) should be submitted at the time of application. The $70.00 fee to submit an application to the university is non-refundable.
- All program application materials required for your degree program (e.g., letters of intent, letters of recommendation, program application, etc.) should be submitted directly to the graduate coordinator/department office.
