- 7/01/2021 4% General Salary Increase - Technical Letter TL-SA2022-02
- Payroll (PIMS) will process week of 4/4/2022. Retroactivity will begin to pay after 4/8/2022.
- Eligibility: Must have been active during AY2020-2021
- New salary should display on MyFresnoState by 4/15/2022 and in paycheck 5/1/2022.
- Faculty Promoted Fall 2021 will receive the GSI and if eligible the SSI prior to Promotion.

- A one-time payment of $3,500 to faculty who worked an average of 1.0 time base during fall 2020 and spring 2021 semester and who is in active pay status (or on leave) as of the date of ratification of this agreement (February 3, 2022) for the additional time and effort required to make significant changes to the delivery of instruction due to the coronavirus.
- Payments shall be made pro-rata for employees who are less than an average of 1.0 time base based on the faculty employee’s average time base worked for fall 2020 and spring 2021 semester (or the equivalent academic year on a quarter campus), not to exceed a 1.0 time base.
- A semester not worked shall be considered a zero (0) time base.
- This payment is not considered reportable compensation for purposes of calculating CalPERS retirement benefits.
- The payments will begin to issue after April 19, 2022. It is the campuses responsibility to ensure hardcopy payments are distributed to the affected employees. Note, if affected faculty unit employees are enrolled in the Direct Deposit Program, they will receive the payment via direct deposit.
- Faculty on unpaid leave during Spring 2022 and otherwise eligible will be paid upon return.
