Spring into Service!

2026 Service Opportunity: Poverello House - March 7, 2026

Spring into Service is an annual volunteer initiative hosted by the Jan and Bud Richter Center. This campus-wide day of service provides Fresno State students with meaningful, one-day, hands-on opportunities to support local nonprofit organizations while strengthening their connection to the community.

For the 2026 event, students will have the opportunity to serve at Poverello House on Saturday, March 7. Poverello House is a longstanding Fresno nonprofit dedicated to providing meals, shelter, and support services to individuals experiencing homelessness and poverty.

Volunteers will assist with service projects that directly support Poverello House’s mission of offering compassionate care and essential resources to those in need.

Join us in giving back, building community, and making an impact — one day of service at a time.
