Geology Graduate Program exit survey example

An extensive five page questionnaire is filled out by students completing the Geology Graduate Program.  The survey includes general information about the student, background experiences before entering the program, and career goals.  The students are then asked to complete a series of responses using a Likert scale to evaluate the quality of their university experience.  Items are included that rate the general university environment, financial support, program, faculty, and department.
