Outcomes & Methods Matrix

Every SOAP must include a matrix/chart that clearly indicates what assignments or measures are being used to evaluate which student learning outcomes. One measure might be used to evaluate more than one student learning outcome. The department does not need to completely write out every SLO and the full title of each measure in the chart. If a department changes the measure they are using to evaluate a student learning outcome or realizes that a specific measure is not able to adequately measure a specific SLO's, they should update their matrix/chart.
