High Impact Practices (HIPs) Fall Student Symposium

HIPS Symposium date: Friday, December 12th, 2025

TIME: 9:00am to 3:00pm

LOCATIONS:  Leon S. Peters Ellipse Gallery, 2nd floor, University Library

• If you are a faculty member and would like to register a group or class.

• You will need your Fresno State student ID to register
• Registration is done by presentation, so only one student registers for a group.
• If you are registering a group, you will need all group member names and Fresno State email addresses (please check the accuracy of your group members' email addresses). 
• You will receive an email confirmation with your 5-digit Presentation ID# and other event information

YouTube Link Submission Deadline: Friday, December 5th, at 11:59 pm

• • Create your video presentation
    • Filename and Video Title should match your assigned presentation (e.g., 55878.mp4)  
    • Length: Approximately 5 minutes  
    • Upload your video to your Fresno State YouTube account (log in using your Fresno State credentials)
    • Set your YouTube video to PUBLIC view  
    • Copy your video's share link
  • Submit your YouTube Link  (For group projects, only one member should upload the link) 
    • Go to your uploaded YouTube video and copy the share link  
    • You will need your Presentation ID# to submit the YT link (check your email)
    • Submit YT Link here:
      • Go to this link ONLY when you are ready to submit your YouTube link. 
        The YT submission link is also provided in your registration confirmation email.
